We recently remodeled the kitchen area of our Carmel Highlands home and selected Matt Paladay and MP Construction to perform the overall work. It consisted of installing new Lyptus Butcher Block countertops, new kitchen appliances, specialized diamond-shaped onyx stone backsplash, new center Cooktop Peninsula Island, unique peacock tile mosaic, modified plumbing and additional electrical improvements. Matt was skilled in all phases of the work and did a wonderful job. We found him to be very hard working, efficient with his time, trustworthy with our home while we were away, and very reasonable with his prices and charges. He had all the necessary tooling for the project, kept his work areas organized, protected the finished hardwood floors from construction debris, and cleaned up every night before leaving. Matt listened to our needs and desires and clearly communicated his actions to make sure it coincided with our vision of the kitchen. The remodel project turned out beautifully thanks to Matt’s attention to detail and skills.
